Fried Dill Pickle Dip: Mix one package of dill dip with 8oz block of cream cheese softened, 8oz sour cream, and 1 cup of chopped crunchy dill pickles. Mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour (preferably overnight). When ready to serve, melt 2 T butter in a fry pan on medium heat then stir in 1/2 cup Panko Crumbs and toast until golden brown. Pour dip over and serve with chips, crackers, or pita bread.

Dill is a popular, creamy, dip that is traditionally served with fresh vegetables, chips, or crackers. It is frequently used on wraps, sandwiches, or on salmon. It can also be used on a salad.  Mix one cup mayo and one cup sour cream and add the dip, stir well. The dry dip can be mixed with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese.
